One Service Item Line/Order

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, service management setup page has a toggle setting named "One Service Item Line/Order". This setting, when enabled (toggled on), specifies that only one service item line can be entered for each service order.

In Business Central, service orders are used to manage after-sales services such as repairs or maintenance. The "One Service Item Line/Order" setting is used to enforce a business rule where each service order should correspond to a single serviceable item or issue. This could be useful in scenarios where a company wants to ensure that each service item is tracked individually for billing, warranty, or service quality purposes.
